…STRONG THUNDERSTORMS MOVING ACROSS NEW HANOVER COUNTY… AT 142 PM EDT…STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING ACROSS NEW HANOVER COUNTY. THE HEAVIEST ACTIVITY EXTENDED FROM NEAR WINDMERE SOUTH TO CAROLINA BEACH. THESE STORMS ARE PRODUCING HEAVY RAINS…FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRIKES…GUSTY WINDS AND POSSIBLY SMALL HAIL AS THEY MOVE TO THE EAST AT 10 TO 15 MPH.
