…PATCHY BLACK ICE EXPECTED THIS EVENING AND OVERNIGHT… MELTED SNOWFALL FROM EARLIER TODAY WILL RE-FREEEZE THIS EVENING AND OVERNIGHT AS TEMPERATURES DIP BELOW FREEZING. MANY OF THE PRIMARY ROADWAYS ARE DRY AND QUITE PASSABLE…HOWEVER SOME RESIDENTIAL AND SECONDARY ROADS MAY BECOME A BIT HAZARDOUS TONIGHT AS ICE REFORMS. ANY BRIDGES OR OVERPASSES SHOULD BE APPROACHED WITH CAUTION SINCE
