…ICY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ACROSS THE INTERIOR CAROLINAS TODAY… .LOW PRESSURE WILL REDEVELOP OFF THE SOUTH CAROLINA COAST THIS MORNING AND INTENSIFY AS IT MOVES TO THE NORTHEAST THIS AFTERNOON AND THEN AWAY FROM THE AREA TONIGHT.
